Tunisian poet, writer and critic Dr. Amal Moussa enjoys an international reputation. She is the recipient of the Italian “Lerici Pea” Prize for poetry whose panel includes the most important poets of Italy and Europe. A professor of sociology, Amal Moussa boasts a rich experience in prose and poetry with numerous poetry books to her name, some of which have been translated into foreign languages.
The center widened its embrace of more friends and lovers of culture through the renovation of a new auditorium. This cultural space was founded and inaugurated and with the generous support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, and designed by international architect David Chiaverini of the PAD firm.
